    Here i found some of the best ways for employee benifits basics:

    #Comply with the law to give employees time off for jury duty, voting and military service.
    #Follow all Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and worker’s compensation rules. Remember to comply with tax law, withholding FICA taxes from payroll. Also, pay your part of FICA.               If employee benefits basics are available then employee can survive and spend more time in organization. By giving monthly employee funds, medical funds helps him to take proper care of his family.

                      Ok best benefits for employee is health insurance, dental insurance, Medicare insurance, retirement plan and many more …………in those list one more insurance should be added and that insurance is long term care insurance
